In this modern era we all have a tight lifestyle schedule that most people do not have the facility of having a nutrition rich everyday diet and are also not physically in a good position. Approximately we do not get the attention which our body needs.

Our body requires a full body health checkup at least once in a year. But, all we do is go to the clinic until and unless we face issues with our health. If you are going for the health checkup regularly, it will help you to detect any critical health condition at the early phase, so that the effect will be less harmful.

A full body health checkup will aid in examining every organs, hormones, and enzyme levels in your body. Although every individual person needs to go for the checkup, there are some unhealthy lifestyle habits that increase your risk of getting many diseases. The unhealthy habits are:

  • If you do not have a well-balanced health diet
  • If you are obese or have obesity
  • If you are not physically active
  • If you use smoke or use tobacco
  • If you overdrink alcohol

If you have these unhealthy habits, then you should have a health checkup more frequently than those who do not have these unhealthy habits.

When you should go for the full body checkup depends on several general factors, including your age, gender, health history, family health history, and your current health status. However, doctors generally recommend to go for the full body checkup:

  • Once in 2 to 3 years if you are under the age of 50
  • Once in 3 years if you are under the age of 50 but have a good health
  • Once in every year if your age is 50 and up

These are the general ideas of when you should go for the full body checkup. But how often you should go for this, would depend on your current health.
